In Hot Stone Massage, heated stones are used to massage the body as well as placed on or underneath the body in specific areas. Some of the placement areas include, but are not limited to the seven body chakras. While the heated stones can help balance the body chakras, it can also increase circulation to the heated areas as well as increase relaxation.
This massage is not recommended for individuals with osteoporosis (due to the weight of the stones), decreased sensitivity, elevated blood pressure, or those who are extremely sensitive to temperature changes.
Hot Stone Massage is only available as a one hour massage.
